Epoch have been providing our family (originally mum & dad, now just mum) with care since the company was founded.

They have always, without fail, provided the very best of care. The carers are 100% reliable and treat my mum with dignity and respect. Many of the carers have worked with them for years so mum has continuity and considers them to be her friends. 

Epoch always keep me informed of any concerns that they have over mum’s health, ringing the doctor if necessary and they even contacted me when mum’s elderly cat appeared unwell!

Unfortunately, I cannot be with mum everyday but I know that she is in safe hands. Our family have experienced a few challenges in recent times but the one thing I haven’t had to worry about is mum’s day to day care, for which I am hugely grateful.
